1 8" (2.5 lb) brie
1 (18-oz) Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip
1/2 cup dried apple slices
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cups dried apricot halves
1/2 cup pecans chopped
Spread half the caramel dip on top of brie. Arrange dried fruit over caramel. Drizzle remaining caramel, warmed, over fruit. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve with crackers or fresh fruit slices.
